Nicole Baker

NICOLE BAKER has represented clients, from start-ups to publicly-held corporations, in a number of industries, including real estate investment trusts, life sciences companies and technology companies. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, joint ventures, securities offerings, corporate governance and technology licensing.

Nicole began her career at Latham & Watkins, where she served as the lead corporate associate on many significant M&A transactions and securities offerings, and represented investment banking firms in private and public financing transactions. Nicole graduated cum laude from University of California, Los Angeles in 2005 with a B.A. in Psychology and a B.S. in Communications. She received her Juris Doctor from University of Southern California, School of Law in 2008, where she graduated in the top fifteen percent of her class. She also served as the Executive Articles Editor of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal.
