ANDREW DIEHL has represented clients ranging from individual entrepreneurs and start-ups to publicly-held corporations in an array of complex business and transactional matters. Andrew’s experience includes start-up and commercial issues, fund formation, joint ventures and partnerships, complex debt and equity financings, M&A, and all manner of real estate transactions.
Andrew previously practiced law at Goodwin Procter in Boston, specializing in private funds and real estate capital markets transactions. Andrew graduated from the University of Richmond cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He received his Juris Doctor from The New York University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and was a Robert McKay Scholar. During law school, Andrew was also an Articles Editor for the New York University Journal of Law & Business.
